Helen Nekesa Opige was born on 22nd/Oct/1990. She studied her primary at a missionary school called St. Clare Girls Primary School – Namengo and for O-level at Bubulo Senior Secondary School and later A-Level at Mbale Senior Secondary School. She pursued a Diploma in Tourism Management at the Hotel and Tourism Training institute-Jinja; one of the leading Hospitality Training Schools in East African Region training/helping the enthusiastic public to enhance/ develop skills on hands on hospitality Management.

Helen has skills in different tourism departments including guiding, customer care, community conservation, law enforcement and engineering which she acquired from Queen Elizabeth National Park. She joined BIC-tours early 2014.

Favourite Park : Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Favourite Attractions : Mammals and birds.

Favourite Animal : Leopard.

Coolest Wildlife Encounter : Watching Leopards under tree in Kazinga Channel.

Best Safari Experience : National Park, however, they ended up not tracking because we found Rushegura Gorilla Family at the gate.

Dream Destination : Kruger National Park South Africa.
