Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your BIC Tours guide representative, who will assist with your transfer to Imperial Heights Hotel in Entebbe Town. Once settled in, you will head out for an evening birding session along the shores of Lake Victoria, where the golden light of dusk brings the lake’s rich birdlife to life against the water. You will then enjoy dinner at a handpicked restaurant in Kampala before returning to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Mabamba Swamp on the shores of Lake Victoria, where a canoe ride through the papyrus channels offers the chance to spot the elusive shoebill stork alongside a variety of other bird species. You will enjoy a packed lunch provided by the hotel before continuing your journey to Fort Portal City. Upon arrival, you will check in at Mountains of the Moon Hotel, where you will settle in for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred to Semuliki National Park for a morning of guided birding alongside your guide and the park’s site ranger guides, exploring one of Uganda’s most biodiverse forests. You will enjoy a packed lunch provided by the hotel, before continuing your birding excursion into the afternoon. You will then drive back to Fort Portal City, where you can relax over dinner and spend the night at Mountains of the Moon Hotel.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred to Kibale Forest National Park for guided birding with your guide and the park’s site ranger guides, tracking the forest’s rich birdlife through its lush canopy. You will enjoy a packed lunch provided by the lodge, before heading to Bigodi Swamp in the afternoon to search for both water and forest bird species. You will then arrive and check in at Chimpundu Lodge, where you will settle in for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will set out for an early morning bird watching session in Kibale Forest in search of the elusive Pitta, accompanied by site guides. Lunch will be served at the lodge, after which you will continue birding through the afternoon in Kibale Forest National Park. As dusk falls, you will embark on a guided African golden cat search with your guide, seeking out this rare and secretive forest predator. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Chimpundu Lodge.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will continue the search for the elusive Pitta and African golden cat with more birding in Kibale Forest. You will enjoy a packed lunch provided by the lodge before being transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park. In the evening, you will embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, renowned for its abundance of water birds. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Mweya Safari Lodge.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will set out for a morning game drive around the lakes and swamps of Queen Elizabeth National Park, taking in the park’s diverse wildlife and birdlife along the way. Lunch will be served at the lodge, after which you will continue birding through the afternoon within the park. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Mweya Safari Lodge.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will enjoy birding along the trail from Mweya to Ishasha in Queen Elizabeth National Park, with a packed lunch en route. You will continue birding along the trail on the way to Ruhija in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Upon arrival, you will check in at Kiho Lodge, where you will settle in for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will enjoy a full day of birding in the Ruhija sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, exploring one of Uganda’s premier birding destinations. You will return to the lodge to relax over lunch, before continuing your birding excursion into the afternoon. Dinner and overnight accommodation will once again be at Kiho Lodge.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred toward Kisoro, birding along the way, with lunch at a selected restaurant en route. You will continue birding through Echuya Forest as you make your way to Kisoro, followed by an evening bird watching session on foot. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Ichumbi Hotel, Kisoro.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred to Mgahinga Field Offices for a briefing, followed by a birding experience within Mgahinga National Park. Lunch will be served at the lodge, after which you will head out for evening birding around the local community. You will then drive back to the lodge to relax before dinner and an overnight stay at Ichumbi Hotel, Kisoro .

After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred to Lake Mburo National Park, with lunch at a selected restaurant en route. You will enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on Lake Mburo for birdwatching, followed by evening birding on the way back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at Kigambira Safari Lodge.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will enjoy a morning game drive and birding session in Lake Mburo National Park before being transferred toward Kampala, with a stopover at the Equator for the classic water experiment demonstration. Lunch will be served at a selected restaurant en route, after which you will continue on to Kampala, arriving in the evening. Dinner will be enjoyed at Yamasen Japanese Restaurant, followed by a transfer to Speke Resort Munyonyo, where you will check in for the night.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will enjoy birding along the shores of Lake Victoria’s swamps, keeping an eye out for the resident marabou storks. Lunch will be served at a selected restaurant, after which you will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport in time to check in for your outbound flight.
